Creating Positive Change

A Theory of Change explains how a given intervention, or set of interventions, are expected to lead to a specific development change, drawing on a causal analysis based on available evidence.

At CAPE, we believe in the power of the performing arts to transform lives. Our theory of change is based on the idea that  providing youth with access to high-quality arts education and performance opportunities empowers them to reach their full potential and make a positive impact in their communities throughout their lives.
